Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your racket on its way to you.
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, the racket must be in unused condition with the original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we need to authorise the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
